Website Audit
Website audits include an evaluation of your website and recommendations for improving your site's design, usability, and functionality. The audit checks for legal policies as well.
I'll go through your site, including the major pages and types of pages (like product category or product detail pages). You'll get a report of the results and a list of recommendations for improving your website.
After the audit, we'll meet on Zoom* for 30 minutes to discuss the report and the recommendations.
How a Website Audit works:
1 -Use the button to book your 30-minute review session via Zoom and pay your fee. You’ll need to schedule the review session at least 7 days ahead to give me time to complete the audit.
2 - I’ll audit your website, create a report, and develop a list of recommendations.
3 - We’ll meet on Zoom to review the results. Then I’ll send you a copy of the report and recommendations.

Website Audit FAQ
What if I don't see a date that will work for me for my 30-minute review session?
You have three options:
One is to message me and offer some times that will work for you. I may be able to work out something to be available.
Two is to message me that you would prefer a recorded video for your report and recommendations review. I would rather talk with you in person, but if it just won't work, we can do it this way. I'll send you a list of questions and information I need to do the audit along with an invoice. Once I have the information and your payment, I'll audit your site, then send you a recorded video with your results.
Three is to check back - I'll add more dates in the future as time goes by - and maybe something in the future will work for you.

Does it matter what website platform I am using?
No, the audit is available for Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, and more. Please message me if you have questions about your platform.
Does it work for e-commerce websites?
Yes! It will work for regular and for e-commerce sites.
My site is not live yet, will the audit work?
Yes! You can make your site live and password it so no one has access yet. Then let me know so I can request the password from you via secure message, and I'll use the password to access and audit the site.
This is a great option for seeing if you've missed anything.
Will a Website Audit help my SEO?
This audit checks for basic SEO items, but if you want a more comprehensive SEO audit, please message me before you book so I can make sure to include that.
After the Audit
After the Website Audit, you'll have a list of recommendations for your site.
You may make the improvements on your own, hire a designer or developer to help, or - decide you like your site the way it is!
You may decide you would like my help in making any changes to your site, either via a Work Block or a Custom Website Design.
You could also book a 1:1 consult to ask me questions about how to proceed if you run into a snag.

Diagnostic Session
If you have an issue on your site, you can book a diagnostic session. I will evaluate your site and your issues (up to 3.5 hours). I'll let you know what I find as a result.
If I have recommendations at that point, I'll let you know. You can decide how to move forward from there. Includes a 30-minute Zoom call.
