A basic, 5-page website with the standard Home, About, Contact, Services, and Gallery pages starts from $2800.
My sites include:

The process:
We discuss your project, needs, goals, time frame, availability, and budget.
You'll receive a custom quote. If you agree, you'll sign the contract and pay the initial non-refundable deposit. You'll gather your materials (brand assets, copy, graphics, information, etc) and submit it to me prior to the deadline.
I'll build your site, collaborating with you to make sure it fits the project goals. We'll have several review and invoice milestones.
We'll launch your new site! I offer an hour of training to maintain and update your site if desired. And you can use Your Website Buddy™ to know what to do and when! Or we can talk about other options for caring for your website.
Custom Interactive Website Design
You're launching an e-commerce store, course, membership, or booking website. Or yours needs refreshed or rebuilt with a new design.
An interactive website with online booking, payments, or other interactive features starts from $4000.
*If you have your store or course on a separate website - you might only need a link to website. Your site may cost less in that instance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you include policies (Privacy Policy, etc) in your projects?
I add the policies you provide! And if you need a resource, I'm happy to provide one. You can read about my policy recommendations in this blog post.
Some website platforms have policy templates available. You will need to customize the template for your business and provide it to me to add to your site.
I make no guarantee of the effectiveness of your policies. I can only tell you that most websites require a Privacy Policy at minimum.
Which website platforms do you work in?
I have the most experience in WordPress.org, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace. I have worked in Kartra, GoDaddy Builder, Weebly, and BigCommerce as well, and tested several other platforms.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I require a non-refundable deposit to begin work.
How much does it cost to build a website? Will my site cost more than the prices you list?
The prices I list above are the minimums for the basic levels of each type of site. Most sites will have features that put them above those minimums. You will receive a custom quote for your project.
How long will it take to build my website?
It depends on the scope of the project, my availability (as a one-person show), and other factors.
Having your content available quickly means I can start more quickly.
Also, reviewing your site in a timely manner when requested during the design and build process will help me get your site done in the most time-effective way.
Do you write the content for my site?
No, I don't. I can recommend copywriters or copywriting packages if you like.
Will you add my content to the website for me?
Yes, within reason. If you have hundreds of products or blog posts, I will charge more for adding that much content to the site.
Can you connect my store/course/membership on (another platform) to my website?
Usually that's not a problem if you just need a link. Just let me know and we'll figure it out.
Do you offer website hosting? Do I need website hosting?
I can recommend hosting if you are going to have a WordPress.org website.
For most other website platforms, you will not need website hosting because it is included as part of the cost of your platform subscription.
Will you purchase my domain, platform subscription, or other tools or software for me?
I can assist you with registering your domain or purchasing your software, but please let me know if you will require assistance.
I prefer that my clients purchase their own software and register their own domain so that they retain ownership at all times.
Are your designs accessible?
I follow best practices for color contrast, alt-text for graphics, and using headings hierarchies.
Prior to launch, I will run an accessibility scan on your site. I will notify you of issues I find and discuss whether you would like to address those issues at an additional fee.
Finally, I will recommend an accessibility service you can use on an ongoing basis for accessibility compliance. They charge a separate fee.
